Ongoing Music Ministry Opportunities at North Como
It is good to give God thanks and praise! Together, the people at North Como Presbyterian Church have the opportunity to give God praise through many different ensembles and choirs. While these groups provide vital ministry to the faith community during worship, they also provide vital important ministry to each of their members. We affirm each other, care for each other, and enjoy each other during rehearsals and fellowship events. Come and join us — we’d love to hand you a folder and say “welcome”!

A Striking Assortment	Rejoice! Music Team
6:00 pm Wednesdays. Our youngest bell team, ringers range from 4th grade through 9th grade. Basic bell ringing and a wide range of techniques are taught during friendly rehearsals. We may ring once or twice in church during the year, and participation in a local elementary/middle school bell conference has remained an annual event. Learn bell ringing with us!	7:30 pm Mondays. This multigenerational praise team provides contemporary music for several worship services each month.  With a focus on outreach and inclusivity, the team leads the congregation in worship songs as well as sharing anthems.  Singers, guitarists, and instrumentalists are always welcome. This group is led by Jennifer Anderson.
Sanctuary Choir	Prime Chimers
7:30 pm Wednesdays. This adult SATB choir meets weekly to rehearse for Sunday worship services and special programs during the year. Our anthems range from traditional to contemporary, and all are welcome to join us. Jennifer Anderson directs this choir in the Choir Room.	6:30 pm Thursdays. Our bell team members range in age from high-schoolers to retirees. We play a variety of music during the worship service approximately once each month. We also enjoy taking our bells out into the community to share our unique music medium and our talents with our neighbors. If you like to participate in a music program but aren’t too keen on singing, consider bell ringing!
The Commosso Ensemble
7:00 pm Wednesdays. This is a group of musicians who, regardless of how often they play their instruments or how recently it’s been since they studied music, commit to playing for a service twice each month. Led by Jennifer Anderson, this instrumental ensemble is open to people of all ages. Join us!
